We take building engines
seriously. To that extent we test each of our completed engines
with our Electronic Engine Dynamometer (DYNO).
It is the job of our quality
assurance technicians to test the engines at various levels as
outlined by the OEM. Every engine is tested for proper
horsepower and torque output, oil pressure and temperatures,
exhaust temperatures, turbo boost levels, water temperature and
pressure, fuel pressure, temperature and consumption, as well
crank case pressure and air box pressure are monitored and
tested to specification.
Dynamometer testing costs less
than the down time of your engine and is one sure way to know
that the engine you are installing is performing as it should.
