At Diesel Exchange all of our remanufactured components are put through a stringent cleaning and inspection phase to be sure that each part is acceptable for remanufacturing.  

Blocks, crankshafts, cylinder heads and other items are carefully inspected using a wet magnetic particle inspection method. Only items that can be remanufactured to like-new performance standards are approved for further processing.

All major components are then re-machined to stringent specifications using the most up-to-date precision tooling. OEM recommended specs are then adhered to through our advanced documented production process.

Our quality control team numbers 6 people which inspect every aspect of tear-down, cleaning, machining, assembly, dyno and final prep. But our quality inspections do not stop there; Diesel Echange empowers the whole work force to stop production at any time if a quality problem is suspected.
