Testing
You can rest assured that every remanufactured engine
from Diesel Exchange has been thoroughly tested in a highly controlled
environment to validate performance.
Our technicians use state-of-the-art computerized
dynamometers to verify horsepower, torque, RPMs, exhaust temperatures,
coolant temperature, coolant pressure, oil temperature, oil pressure,
fuel temperature, fuel pressure, and more.
Not only do we validate performance, we also make sure
that the engines undergo proper break-in procedures which can lower oil
consumption and extend engine life. |

of raw materials saved by remanufacturing worldwide in one year
would fill 155,000 railroad cars, which would form a train 1,100
